The Australian Theological Book Reviewer is an on-line periodical by the Australian Theological Forum (ATF) and Openbook Theology (Openbook) with an independent Editorial Board.
The Australian Theological Book Reviewer reviews Australian-authored literature published locally or internationally. It provides a forum for scholars to engage with Australian theological and religious writing.
This on-line publication is both ecumenical and interdisciplinary, concerned with the interface of Christian theology and other disciplines which critique Australia's social, scientific and cultural life. Australian authors and readers are encouraged to nominate for inclusion in the Reviewer.
It is the aim of the Reviewer to foster an active engagement between the authors and a wider community of readers. To this end, the material reviewed takes the form of review essays, with replies by authors where possible.
The views expressed by the authors of reviews in the Australian Theological Book Reviewer are not necessarily those of the Editorial Board, The Australian Theological Forum, or Openbook Theology.
