This is the first edition of the new look ATBR. There are quite a few changes now with the ATBR in line with changes to the ATF and the administration of this site.

The ATF is now the Australasian Theological Forum Ltd and as such is an Austral-Asian body. Our links are with Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific and Asia. Thus the ATBR is now concerned with books published not only in Australia, but also in other parts of the region - as long as they are publsihed in English!

In addition, the ATBR is now a joint project of the ATF and the Adelaide College of Divinity. Marie Turner, Vicky Balabanksi and staff of the ACD Library have joined the group. Craig Thompson from Melbourne has also joined the group mailing out books and following up on the reviewers.

The ATF has revamped all its varioius web sites. Please check out the ATF web site - www.atf.org.au. as well as the ATF Press web site - www.atfpress.com.

The web sites are still being revamped and coordinated, so if there are errors or problems please do not give up, but keep coming back and check the sites out.

We have a new batch of books here in this edition. Please read them and let us know your thoughts. Some are from some time ago, others are more recent.
